Every unit carries its saga.

SAGAS gives every product you ship a verifiable identity: tap-to-prove authenticity for your customers, and a registered Digital Product Passport where the EU requires one. No app, no account, no wallet on the consumer path. Ever.

BATTERY DPP DEADLINE · 18 FEB 2027

A phone showing a unit's saga: verified authentic, passport facts, and an append-only record from passport issued to capacity test logged

System overview.

01

Identity

Every unit gets its own serial: not the model, the unit. Human-readable, checksummed, and bound to a record from the moment it ships.

02

Verification

A tap or a scan returns a verdict in the browser. Secure NFC produces a fresh cryptographic code on every tap, so a photocopied QR or a cloned link doesn't pass the tag check.

03

Passports

Hosted passport pages with every field the EU rules require, validated before you publish, and filed with the central registry for you. No IT project, no consultant.

04

Records

Every change is appended, never rewritten: a tamper-evident history of the product's life, from issued to claimed, transferred, and updated.

Point. Tap. Verified.

Scan the code or tap the tag: verification runs in the browser, on the phone your buyer already carries. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. Regulation citations checked against EUR-Lex, dated on every page that uses them.

Compliance[01]DPP

SAGAS Compliance

Battery passports you can set up yourself.

Every LMT, EV, and industrial (>2 kWh) battery placed on the EU market or put into service from 18 February 2027 needs a registered battery passport. Import your packs? Then the obligation is yours, not your supplier's (Regulation (EU) 2023/1542). Validated against Annex XIII, hosted, and filed with the registry, at a price on the page.

Commerce[02]Verify

SAGAS Commerce

Tap-to-verify product identity.

For brands whose products get copied: a cryptographic tag on every unit, so a fake can never pass as yours. Buyers tap to prove it's real, claim ownership, and register the warranty. No app to install.

Start with the free readiness audit.

Answer 12 questions about your battery and get a field-by-field gap report against the EU's Annex XIII requirements: what you already have, what's missing, and what to fix before the 18 February 2027 deadline. Three minutes, no signup.

  • Buy your packs from Asia? Then you are the economic operator. The passport obligation is yours, not your supplier's.
  • Under €40M turnover? The due-diligence reporting duties don't apply to you. Your passport scope is smaller than the consultants imply.

Six months is enough if you start with the data.
